Lawrence (Larry) A. Adeyemi, PhD, PMP
Lawrence Adeyemi is responsible for the overall business operations, strategic planning, growth, and profitability of Green Project Solutions Group. He has over 35 years of experience providing program leadership and management in:
- multidisciplinary engineering
- sustainability planning and design
- technical analysis and synthesis
- project planning
- construction project management
His breadth of professional experience spans both public and private sectors, and a wide area of industries including: transit, light rail, airport, water and wastewater, educational institutions, and energy industries. Larry broad range of professional experience include planning, engineering and construction management for public agencies like Metro King County, City of Seattle, Tacoma Public School District, USTDA, Sound Transit, and many private commercial businesses.

Richard Hur, BS Mechanical Engineering
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Richard Hur is responsible for engineering design and preparation of construction documents, calculations, development of specifications of mid-range to complex HVAC systems, and construction administration of MEP projects.
He has over 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, design, and cost estimating supporting mechanical operations, controls, and facility management. Prior to joining Green Project Solutions Group, he worked for several companies as a mechanical engineer with responsibility for program and project design development and cost estimating from conceptual phase through design and implementation phases. Richard has worked for Canadian and US engineering firms as a Mechanical Engineer and QA/QC specialist with responsibility for vertical and horizontal design and construction and many tasks involving mechanical-electrical control systems. He specializes in mechanical HVAC and plumbing engineering design-build projects.
Joel Gregory, BA Architecture
Senior Energy Management Consultant
Joel Gregory is responsible for energy management, audits, and training.
He has over 25 years of experience in environmental and energy management service. Joel’s professional experience includes a role as a senior energy audit and management professional for King County Housing Authority. He was also a project manager for the City of Bellevue, Washington with extensive coordination of Community Development Block Grants which funded housing repairs and weatherization. He has developed and manages sustainability programs bringing housing and facilities into compliance with green environmental standards. He is a certified Lead Paint Risk Assessor, Energy Auditor, a certified Healthy Home Evaluator, and quality control inspector. Joel has developed training courses and provided instructor-led seminars to a diverse group of professionals, managers, and project owners.
Celt M. Schira, P.E., MA, MSEE, LEED AP
Principal Electrical Engineering Consultant
Celt M. Schira is responsible for electrical design and coordination with the MEP design team. She has over 19 years providing architects, engineers, contractors, and developers in Northwest Washington with electrical designs for power, lighting, communications, renewable energy, and green building. She teams with MEP engineers to integrate electrical designs into mechanical and plumbing system designs. She strives for high performance with the best value outcome, and thus meets clients’ goals and budget. She has a strong leadership background as an electrical engineer, providing power, lighting, communications, and solar electric design for architects, builders, contractors and developers. She is a registered professional engineer and a certified LEED Green Building AP. Her prior work experience in the U.S. Army includes design of secure communications systems for new installations and upgrades at 15 remote sites in Korea. She also served as the technical and administrative head of the U.S. Army’s communications transmission systems engineering test bed facility at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Celt complements our MEP design-build work, providing senior-level electrical design and consultation.
Richard P. Miller, PE
Principal Construction Engineering Consultant
Richard Miller is responsible for our construction engineering services and the mentoring of young engineering professionals. Richard has 40 years of industry experience in civil engineering, bridge, and highway construction including material testing. Richard has provided management, infrastructure maintenance, and professional engineering for both the private and public sectors. He has successfully directed a staff of 160 people with operating and capital budgets totaling more than $800M. Prior to joining GPSG, he managed HRD’s Bellevue office of bridge design. He was also the Director of Capital and Roadway Structures for the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). At SDOT, he was responsible for the operations and maintenance of the City of Seattle’s 1100 bridges and roadway structures, valued at $3.5 billion.
Ronald (Ron) Ewert
Ronald Ewert has 30 years of experience and expertise in the areas of construction project management scheduling, office engineering, change management, budgetary processes, and financial analysis. His expertise is in construction scheduling and analysis, project cost control, contractor’s baseline and schedule analysis, and evaluation of design changes. With his experience on different multi-industry project types, Ron has developed the ability to quickly build tiered schedules for construction projects. He has been involved with road construction projects in the Puget Sound area and throughout the United States. He has a long history of preparing field construction records documenting construction work completed and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ron’s construction management experiences include capital projects for federal, state, and municipal agencies. He specializes in managing simultaneous, long term, multiple projects. Ron has experience working on multiple on-site construction projects as well as working as an extension of an agency’s staff. Ron had previously worked for Hill International as project control and office engineer. He earned a BA in accounting and financial management from Wichita State University, Kansas.
